Defective Cd Tray (drawer)
Prchased used about a year ago. Used it then for about 3 hours and then put it in a suitcase. Now that I want to use it again, the CD tray does not come out. I dont know if I left a CD in the tray.

Ok... Let's assume that you left a disc in it and it got knocked out of the tray. The way to open the tray is the same. Look around the front panel where your tray comes out. You should find a very small pinhole on it. Take a paper-clip and straighten it out. Put the paper-clip into the hole and push. There is a small button behind the hole that is your emergency release. If it doesn't open then... your disc is crossed up in side of the drawer. Just set the unit upright and tap it from the sides and front and back while pushing the button with thr paper-clip.. Eventually it will pop back into the tray and it will open.
