Trying To Get Main Menu Off Tv But Keeps Coming Back On

Although you failed to give us any information on what your RCA device is, I'm going to assume it's a TV or some home entertainment device, instead of a phone or other things.
Sometime the menu button is jammed in causing the switch to be activated. other times the switch is bad, and the keyboard needs replacement. and last the IR receiver (from the remote) is bad and it is putting out false noise that activates the "menu" selection (this is rare to do only one function). Finally some of these new low energy lighting systems can flood the receiver and cause weird symptoms.
