The part number of the adapter you're looking for is 5-2561.  It is the same one used on these phones:  GE-29487GE2, GE-29488GE2, GE-29460GE2, RCA-25404, and RCA-25403.  You can purchase one by calling 1-800-338-0376 (per the user manual) or for $14.99 by going to this URL:
