Ringer Off How To Get It Back On

I finally called the company after finding nothing in the entire manual to address how the ringer gets shut off. I even tried rebooting and resetting to default settings, without any results.
Customer support told me to try turning the ringer volume up to maximum. I did it and it works! It's loud but at least it rings now.
Adjust the ringer volume by pressing the Vol + or - buttons when the phone is not in use.
