I Have The Pld76bk Dvd Headrest And My Dvd's Do Not Play.

I had the same issue but found the solution on Amazon.
Got to this link and click the Manuals & Download tab. Then click Firmware and download the BIN file to either a SD card or USB stick. Then insert that into the face of the unit and it updates automatically. All DVDs work just fine now.
