I Have A J4 That Keeps Tripping The Reset Button. Can You Help Please?

I have a J4 that keeps tripping the reset button. Can you help please?

Be certain you are following the power requirements listed on pages 2-3 of the manual.

SYMPTOM: THE POWER TURNS OFF DURING USE

a. Check the circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord (see 1. c. above). If the circuit

breaker has tripped, wait for five minutes and then press the switch back in.

b. Make sure that the power cord is plugged in.

c. Remove the key from the console. Reinsert the key fully into the console. See step 1 on page 9.

d. If the treadmill still will not run, please call our toll-free HELPLINE

1-800-736-6879

MondayÐSaturday, 7 am to 7 pm

Central Time (excluding holidays).

To reduce the possibility of the treadmill

overheating, do not operate the treadmill

continuously for longer than 1 hour.
