The steps to connect and start a treadmill may vary depending on the specific model you have. However, the following is a general guide:
  1. Plug the treadmill into an electrical outlet and turn it on.
  2. Set up the console: Depending on the model, you may need to connect the console to the treadmill using a cable or Bluetooth connection. Follow the instructions in the owner's manual for your specific model.
  3. Select the program: Once the console is set up, select the program you want to use (manual, pre-set, custom, etc.).
  4. Adjust the speed and incline: Use the buttons on the console to adjust the speed and incline to your desired level.
  5. Start the treadmill: Press the start button to begin the workout. You may need to hold onto the handrails for safety as the belt starts moving.

Note: Always make sure to follow the safety instructions provided in the owner's manual, including wearing appropriate clothing and shoes and keeping children and pets away from the moving belt.
