If the exercise bike has been exposed to cold temperatures, allow it to warm to room tem- perature before you plug in the power adapter (A). If you do not do this, you may damage the console displays or other electronic components. Plug the power adapter (A) into the receptacle on the back of the con- sole.

How do you activate a proum 325 CSX recumbent bike?DON'T DO IT unless you want the extra exercise programs. If you just want to activate it, do the following: HOLD the Bluetooth button down for 25-35 seconds. Ignore the SINGLE beeps.
