Unit Won't Get Past Initial 'pioneer' Screen
I wired everything according to the manual. When i went to power up for the first time, the initial "Pioneer" screen came on, and stayed on. If you let it sit for a while, the screen will go black for a fraction of a second, then go back to the pioneer screen. Ive tryed turning the car on, off, on, accesory only - numerous times. I checked all the wires again - everything looks good. I am using a video bypass instead of running the wire to the brake. Don't think that should interupt the unit starting up. I havent been able to get ahold of pioneer customer support yet. Any ideas? Hopefully i don't have a defective unit
