No Power On My Philips Cd Player Mcm 276r/37 What Do I Replace?

I was wondering what part or parts to solder to make this CD player work.... it has not had that much play to cause a "no power" situation and am very disappointed with the sudden death of this Philips product. No improper use as this was well taken care of. Thank you for any help
