Pfaff Hobby 1016 Parts

I nee bobbin case and about 10 more clear bobbins for Pfaff hobby 1016? Where can I get them? I bought this as a new ma hine for my granddaughter about 7 yrs ago. Went back to that sewing center and they "don't have parts as that is such an old machine". I don't think most people I know would call that an old machine unless they tricked me by selling me something old n unused. Not happy. Can you help?

f you can't get what you seek from the manufacturer [use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com/pfaff/customer-service], request a part number. Then (with a part number if possible) try
  1. http://www.searspartsdirect.com/ [call if necessary]
  2. a search engine like Google's or Yahoo's
  3. http://www.searchtempest.com/, which displays global listings from eBay, Craigslist, and other sources

(For option 3, you may want to use a free tracking program like https://www.followthatpage.com/ to save you from having to repeat your search over time.)

Good luck!
