Pearle Vision Eyewear Protection Plan

The glasses and eye wear protection plan were purchased at a corporate store. Does the eye wear protection plan only cover replacement of lenses one time during the covered period? The store manager indicates it is a one time use. The pamphlet we have (Of which we had to request, as it was not offered at time of purchase. We were told our information would be in the system) does not indicate the replacement is a one time benefit.
