Wrong Lenses

I ordered lenses 12/31/14 & picked them up 1/26/15 and returned them 2/27/15. Lenses were not darker than display in store that I requested. I was assured they would be darker but this was not done. Sun shines through lenses with full force. Store assistant, Dayana was extremely rude and argumentative. No one has contacted me yet. I did not receive what I requested even though Pearle was paid a little over $457.00. I wanted dark lenses and did not receive them. They we're put in the frame that I wanted. Please help..Dr. Daniels,MD
