Do You Ever Fix Anything?
My husband purchased 2 pair of glasses, which after 2 doctor re checks, remaking the lenses 3 times, are still wrong. Over $600.00 later he can still see better without them than with. Now we are just told, we don't what to do. Is this an acceptable answer for a major company like this? Is there anyone who can offer any help?
