Receiving Texts
I cannot receive text message. Can send and all I send are received, I cannot receive any replies. All other functions of the phone work perfectly. I have taken the battery out and turned the phone off and on. I have gone into settings and I do not have some of the solutions offered via other answers under settings. I was on phone with ATT for an hour. Cannot do a thing. I have to make the decision to get a new phone or do a factory reset. The phone has been since the day I bought it fine,this is the first problem. Any suggestions. Anyone else have this problem with the Pantech Flex P8010. They tell me it is just old and need a new phone.

Go here to insure you have the 10/26/2015 firmware update. If the phone is up to date I suggest you go here & do a reset after you save your data.
