Kx-ts620ex Not Records Incoming Message From Skypeout

skypeout call is incompatible with Panasonic KX-TS620EX landline phone answering machineorPanasonic KX-TS620EX landline phone answering machine is incompatible with skypeout.I really do not know whichone is wrong.N.B.(skypeout call is a VOIP call from a skype phone or computer over ADSL connection via the phone provider to a specific number on phone landline).but read my story : - I have been trying to make a skypeout call to my new Panasonic KX-TS620EX landline phone answering machine  in using a General Electric mod.nr. 31591 Skype cordless phone. This GE device was purchased from a Skype-Shop and should be Skype - Certificated.- the digital recording system of my Panasonic landline KX-T620EX not registers the incoming call and the skypeout contact is interrupted.- When picking-up the receiver of the Panasonic phone during its greeting message,..... normal phone conversation is OK.- When picking up after the long beep at the end of the greeting message .... contact is lost and no comunication is possible.I suppose that the long beep at the end of the greeting message...... has a destructive effect on the skype comunicating system.
