Recover Lost Phone Contacts
Can phone contact list that was accidentally deleted be recovered?

Depends, if it was backed up to icloud, google account, or something similar to this yes. Restore from one of those. If you saved the contacts to the sim, same just export the contacts FROM sim. Same process with SDcard. But if the contacts weren't backed up to any of these, they can't be recovered.
