Greetings - This is 'Fuser Unit' issue and you can try resetting it in the following way
1. Turn on the Machine
2. Press MENU
3. Dial #9000*
4. Then 550
5. Then press START
6. Lastly, turn off the machine or unplug it for some minutes - and it should be well
