F60 is a general error code usually related to a failure on the video processing board. If you have access to spare/replacement parts, this is an easy error to correct by simply replacing the board. You can recognize this board as the small board with the onboard HDMI port in the DMR-EZ47V model, and has the mini cables connecting to it. It floats above the rest of the boards in the middle back of the machine.

You can also try to check the power supply to see if it's faulty before assuming the board as the end result.

Try to press and hold the power button until the time comes on to see if that resolves your issue. If you are still having the same issue, then you will have to send the unit in for repair.
