Obtain 'owner's Manual For Advanced Features (pdf Format) For Dmc-zs60

My Basic Owner's Manual for your DMC-ZS60 camera on its page 50 promises a PDF download for your Owner's Manual for advanced features (PDF format)." I go to the specified website and am unable to find any such manual to download. The basic manual is totally inadequate for discovering the multitude of features available on this camera. Without an advanced manual, the camera becomes mostly a $50 point-and-shoot. Please give me the website that will provide the needed PDF.
