Wrong Pic Size Top And Sides, Then Shrinks To 3' Vertical Pic, Horizontal Ok
my pic has been smaller vertical and horizontal for a while. now i get a 3" vertical size pic, horiz has not changed. the sound is ok. i will try to upload pics of screen.

These sets sometimes get bad solder connections in the vertical deflection circuit. Many times a hard jolt from the palm of your hand will rattle the connections enough to see it jump up for a split second. If it changes height then take it to a shop to have that circuit re-soldered.
