Flickering Bars Across Screen Of Input Screen

Hi, I have just purchased a Pico PK120 and am experiencing problems with the "input" screen, that is, the screen that displays what is on my laptop screen. There are flickering bars that comes up at the bottom half of the screen and won't go away. However, the screen is absolutely fine on the main menu, which makes me think it might be something to do with the VGA cable? The cable is also brand new and I have checked the connections for dust. They seem to be ok.  Thanks for your time,   Rachel

The Pico PK120 projector only supports the following resolutions:

Using VGA
640x480 60 Hz
800x600 60 Hz
1024x768 60 Hz
1280x768 60 Hz

Going into your computer's control panel and changing the display resolution to one of these should fix the problem. This answer is actually from the same person who asked the question - I got in touch with someone from the Optima support team who gave me this advice sorted the problem. Hope this might help someone in the future.
