The Amp Turns Off Instantly When Turned On.

the amp must be on protect mode. found a burnt transistor on one of the front left pre amp stage and i replace it with a new one. also replaced a couple of power transistor. tried to turn it on and it turned on for like a minute and then one power transistor not replaced, just burnt, this time it was the power transistor for the center channel. What could be the problem, is it the power transistor about to be defective? Since it burnt the TTA0001 power transistor, i will replace it with a new one, but do i also replace the NPN transistor on the bottom which is the TTC0001 just to make sure that both pnp and npn transistors are good.
