Tripod Holder Screw, Female Part.

I have an SP550 OUZ, the female part ouder the camera where the tripod screw goes into has stripped, I have looked at it and noticed that there are 2 small screws either side of the hole, Can I get a replacment for this? Thanks Arthur Willemse )
