Can The Battery Be Charged Without The Camera

there seems to be a short in the charger as the light goes off within 15 mins and the battery is no where near charged. can i charge it any other way

It is possible to charge the battery of your Olympus FE-4010 camera withou the camera by using a universal charger. However, I do not recommend you to use a universal charger because it can damage your battery in the long run.
