Printer Is Showing Black Toner Cartridge Is Empty. 3 New Cartridges, Same Issue.

Hello, if 3 cartridges all have the same issue, the problem is likely with the printer itself. It could be a bad toner sensor or bad toner pump mechanism not recognizing the new toner, or if the toner cartridge has a chip on it, it could be a bad RFID board inside the printer.
Determining the exact source of the problem will require in-depth troubleshooting. Your best bet is to have an Oki-certified technician take a look at it, or if you feel you can do it yourself, obtain a copy of the service manual so you can see where all of the relevant components are located.
However, you might want to consider an alternative solution of just replacing the printer. A new MC362w is being sold on eBay right now for $319.99 -- you may be able to find one for a lower price, but paying a service technician to come out may end up being comparable (if not more).
