Print Error

My OKI B4350 display shows: Check Image drum missing ??????????? Found no manual. Thanks.

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.

To hopefully resolve the drum missing error, power off the printer. Open the top cover and remove the image drum and toner as one unit. Take a damp cloth or paper towel and wipe down the copper color contacts in the printer, not on the drum. Reinstall the image drum then press down on it a few times then close the cover. If the error remains, there may be an issue with the drum or the printer.
