Ink All Over The Place - Pages Printing Black On Both Sides

we replaced the ink cartridge with a new one, but ink spilled all over the place and pages printed with black/grey streaks. So, we cleaned out the printer cartridge carrier (emptied it) and replaced with another new cartridge. Same thing is happening when ink printing on both sides -- totally black.

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. Unfortunately it sounds like the image drum is damaged. Also, you risk permanent damage when you empty the toner from the image drum (cartridge carrier). The image drum stores the toner from the toner cartridge. It is recommend to replace the image drum.
