I Changed My Cartridge And It's Printing With Black Streaks
It's the 3rd time I've changed the cartridge and I've never had problems before. The whole page is kind of grey as well - everything looks dirty. How do I fix this?

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.
Clean the led(black shiny strip inside the cover with an alcohol wipe, remove the drum, over a large trash can hold the drum way it is in the machine then hit the drum six times on the right side with your hand to evenly distribute the toner, clean the copper contacts on left side of printer, clean the silver contacts on the drum, blot the black sponge roller with a drum paper towel, and run through 5 cleaning pages.

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's. Power off the printer, then open the top cover. Attached to the upper cover you will see a long black bar across the width of the cover. This is the LED head. You will need an alcohol pad, or rubbing alcohol and clean the shinny strip. Go over it a few times to ensure it is clean. Then, remove the image drum and toner together as one unit and place it on a flat surface. Look inside the printer where the image drum sits, on the side you will see copper colored contacts. Clean them with alcohol as well. Also, there is a contact on the side of the LED head as well. Before placing the image drum back in, shake it from side to side over a trash can for about 15 seconds. Install the drum, close the cover and power back on. This may resolve the issue. Whatever you do, do not clean the image drum and do not touch the green roller. You will damage it.
