Nordictrack Walkfit 5000

I have not used my NordicTrack Walkfit 5000 for about 15 years. Want to use it now, so I lubricated the Treadmill Deck and loosen the drag strap. But it is very had to walk on.Would appreciate your advice?

It needs continuous lubrication and usage for the lubricant to circulate properly.
