Nordictrack Elite 5700 Stuck In Updating Cycle.

I have a Nordictrack Elite 5700. It worked perfectly for about a month then it said there was a software update so I chose to update. It then entered a cycle of updating screen and home screen and goes back and forth between the 2. Touch screen works on the home screen but it's only on there for 1 sec and then goes back to updating screen with status bar. How do I fix this
