My Resistance Won't Change Either In A Program Or Manually

Resistance motor may be defective. check for voltage at the blue and yellow wire motor connections. also check for control voltage at motor positioning pot, there should be a voltage between center pot connection and either side connection. value of pot. voltage will vairy with motor rotation while using an external 6 volt supply. If the above checks out OK go to step two.

check for wiring continuity between yellow and blue resistance motor wire connections and same color wires at the main control/display circuit board. If continuity is good, the problem is in the main control/display circuit board. You will need electronic troubleshooting skills, and test equipment to solve this problem. If not check with Nordictrack for possible circuit board repair /exchange program.
