Incline Goes Up. Will Not Come Down.
My C2200 treadmill functions just fine from the start. Belt runs and you can start uphill. The inclin function will go up in all increments. When I hit any method of moving the incline down the treadmill incline will hum and then stop humming but will not move down. It has to be either the motor unit itself or the board but I don't know which. Please help. I have turned it back down by hand so it still can be used.
