Not Operating

My treadmill one day stopped mid-run around the two mile mark (the power was on - the panel was lit up). I turned it off - started again and it happened again - sooner this time. I turned it off again, started again, it quit again. This happened three times. So, I turned it off and chose a pre-programmed run - and I was able to finish my workout. Next day I started running and while I was running the belt (along with a noise) shuddered under my feet. But I kept running and then it happened again and then the belt stopped - again around 2 miles. So, I tried the pre-programmed run but this time it shuddered, the speed went up, then down and I think the same happened with the incline. That's it. Don't know what's going on.Any ideas? Thanks,Dave
