3500c Dead By Downloading 'nokia Software'
when i was downloading nokia update software then suddenly my phone was dead. plz help me

You need to somehow charge your battery (in another phone), download proper firmware for your phone with NaviFirm and flash it with Phoenix.
But in some countries this may be illegal and you have to bring your phone to service center. Should not cost much.
