How To Get Photos From My Phone?

lost my phone 5 months ago,found it,but now it's turned off from service.would like to know how to get my photos out and on to my PC? / Also on some of my photos (Invalid Application Delete) keeps poping up and  photo well not appear and some sometimes it will? why is this happening?
