The CD is not required.  Everything on it and more can be downloaded here: http://support.netgear.com/app/products/model/a_id/2478

In most cases you can just log into the built in web management console to adjust the access point.

For this model do this:

Launch your web browser and enter the name of your access point in the Address or Location box.
To find the name of your access point, refer to the labels on the bottom of  your access point. The access point name should be similar to this,  “netgear10d4b5,” where “10d4b5” is the last 6 digits of the MAC address of the HE102. Your computer will automatically find the AP with the  specified access point name.

The default admin account is "admin" with password "1234".

You can get a copy of the user guide at the previously noted URL or here: http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/netgear-he102-he102-reference-manual-38cc85f.pdf for full instructions.
