I Cannot Update To Win 10
I have a NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GSO graphics card on an ASUS P5Q SE is this the problem? if so have you an update driver or a card to fit this motherboard and do the job

Your problem is not the card. Windows 10 GPU card min requirements are
- DirectX 9 - The NVIDIA card model offers Direct X 10 functionality
- WDDM 1.0 driver - The NVIDIA card model offers WDDM 1.1 driver
