Speed Dial? Id Cell & Home Phone?

I have numbers listed in my speed dial but when I push 2 or any of the numbers it does not automatically dial the number.  I have went back into the system and turned it on and off no change. When I put in a name that has various phone numbers for their cell, home, office, etc how do I mark the difference without putting the name in several times?

Make sure that you set you phone so that the phone numbers are save on phone and on sim card. Under PHONE BOOK SETTING>STORAGE LOCATION> OK>BOTH. THEM BACK THEN CHECK TO BE SURE THAT SPEED DIAL UNDER PHONE SETTING IS ON. Should be good to go after that.
