Motorola Surfboard Sbg6580 Can T Factory Reset

The factory reset is somewhere on the back of the "router" not the modem. It is a pinhole that you push with a pen extended. This will take the admin settings and security setting off and reset the admin to factory default. Once you do this you are going to either connect without security settings or determine the factory default admin settings and reset all security again.
