my motorela wants the subsidy password an I don't know it can u help me

You can only get the subsidy password through the network. The subsidy password is used when the device needs to be unlocked from a network.

The only way to get that password is to call you network provider or the previous one and ask them for it.

If it had a previous owner than they will know the password.

You may be able to use the device without that password as long as it is on the same network as before.
