What Dose A Purple Light Mean When You Try To Reset?
i have had these buds for maybe a month. today they stopped connecting to mu iPhone 6.i tried to reset the buds by holding the call/play and both volume bottoms. and a solid purple light came on not a red and blue alternating light. and that is it... it will shut off and turn on fine but still will not show up in the bluetooth search..now what?
