What can I do if my touch screen stop working

Take the battery out, wait for 30 seconds, put battery back in and turn phone back on.
If you still have the issue once you do this then you will need to contact MetroPCS. They will provide whatever options are available for either repairing or replacing your phone.
However, if you have MetroGuard (Insurance offered by your carrier for a monthly fee) there should not be any problem with getting a replacement.
MetroPCS agents are available to assist you 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
