Touch Screen Not Working

dropped phone now the screen does not respond

Hello markheger try taking the cover off and removing the battery,then puting the battery back in,press and hold down the dial (green) button,while pressing and holding the up volume button, then hold down the hang-up (red button) If you do this properly,it will reset your phone.
