Customer Service On The Phone.
Help, 611 isn't working, the customer service number on your page sent me to 611 automatically. I need a live person, how do I get there? Other things haven't got me there? how do I reach customer service on the phone?

This is the dealer line. Stay on the line past all the customer info (if you choose this it takes you to 611 again). Ignore the recording saying you will need dealer number etc. This will put you to a real person.
Expect a 5-10 minute wait.

Go thru the motions as if you were activating a new line and you will be directed to a live customer service rep.
