How Can I Get In Touch With A Live Customer Service Representative?
I paid my bill today and I just now received a text innforming me that $100 is due today or my service would be interrupted (that's twice as much as I usually pay.) I was not told by the woman at the counter nor by anyone else that I would be paying $50 for less than 24 hrs. of service. I need to speak to a customer service representative ASAP in order to avoid further conflict.
