Why Does My Phone Not Have Network Service, Bill Is Paid I Still Receive Emails

Start by turning your phone on and off. If that doesn't work, go into settings: airplane mode: turn on. Let it sit for a few seconds and then turn airplane mode off.
If that doesn't work, check settings: updates to see if your phone needs updated.
Next, open your phone up and remove the SIM card. It may be loose. Put it back in and start your phone back up.
If that all fails, try customer service. They should be able to send you and over-the-air update.
