Poor Customer Service

I have been trying to reach a LIVE person for hours about a payment i made on a wrong phone number.I caught the mistake with in minutes an tried calling to correct it. Every time i call customer service they say "call back in 2hrs" no matter what i call.Even when i called my local Metro PCS they said that was unheard of.Please resolve this problem.
