Horn Is Not Blowing

The horn will not blow.  When we took it apart and hooked it to the battery it blew.

Every car is different, but most cars use a relay or a fuse (or both) to control the horn -- if the relay or fuse is bad, the horn won't work, so you may just need to replace that part.  The electrical diagram on your vehicle's fuse box should show you what component controls the horn.
