2001 Cougar A.c. Not Blowing Cold

Took it in for a tune up ($300) later.. get it home and its not blowing cold at all...some have metioned compressor relay.. auto parts guy said it could be one of 3 diff relays . I can have my boyfriend do the work if I know what to replace,, can't really afford more garage time right now.. any thoughts??
